The award recognises companies that have shown consistent growth over the past 5 years whilst demonstrating the professional values and exceptional performance associated with APSCo membership. We were required to demonstrate how this growth was achieved, what set us apart from others, how we develop and train staff whilst also ensuring our company is legally and ethically compliant.
The next stage of the award process will require Clinical Professionals to go before a specialist panel of judges, the winner is then selected after this stage based on the nominee’s performance.
